- 1 Cup Fresh Basil Leaves
- 3 Cloves Peeled Garlic
- 3 Tablespoons Pine Nuts
- 1/3 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan
- Kosher Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper
- 1/3 Cup La Panza Olive Oil
- Combine basil, garlic, pine nuts and parmesan in food processor, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the ingredients are well blended, slowly incorporate the La Panza Olive Oil to emulsify.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
