  • 1 Cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 3 Cloves Peeled Garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons Pine Nuts
  • 1/3 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan
  • Kosher Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 1/3 Cup La Panza Olive Oil


  1. Combine basil, garlic, pine nuts and parmesan in food processor, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  1. Once the ingredients are well blended, slowly incorporate the La Panza Olive Oil to emulsify.
  1. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
