I am just trying to learn to incorporate olive oil in my cooking after a bad experience about 20 years ago with oil that was likely rancid.
Instead of looking for the cheapest oil at the neighborhood grocery (been there and it didn’t turn out well), I read up on what to consider when selecting oil— extra virgin, sourced from a single geographic area, cold pressed, packaged in dark glass, etc. LaPanza met all the criteria and the attractive ceramic bottle clinched it.
I wanted a healthy, light oil for my first attempt to introduce olive oil into our eating. This has a flavor that I can only describe as bright and has been a hit for my family in cooking and in salad dressings. In addition to the oil itself, I appreciate the ceramic bottle that prevents exposure to light. I think I have found “my brand.” I’ve already placed a second order, including the Outlaw Blend this time.
