Salmoriglio Sauce
Makes: 1 Cup | Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Flat Leafed Parsley
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Oregano
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 1/3 Cup La Panza Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
Directions
- Place all ingredients in food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Best served at room temperature over grilled steak or with seafood.
