Salmoriglio Sauce

Makes: 1 Cup      |      Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Flat Leafed Parsley
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Oregano
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 1/3 Cup La Panza Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Best served at room temperature over grilled steak or with seafood.
