PEANUT BUTTER STUFFED DATES WITH OLIVE OIL AND PISTACHIOS

Sweet dates filled with creamy peanut butter, drizzled with olive oil, and topped with chopped pistachios for a unique, nutty appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 12 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon La Panza Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons pistachios, chopped
  • Sea salt flakes (optional, for garnish)


Instructions:

  1. Cut the dates in half and remove the pits.
  2. Fill each date with about a teaspoon of peanut butter.
  3. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the stuffed dates.
