- 1/2 cup La Panza Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 3 large eggs, separated

Instructions
Melt the Chocolate:
In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate either using a double boiler or in short intervals in the microwave. Stir until smooth.
