HERB-MARINATED OLIVE OIL CHEESE BOARD

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz feta, goat cheese, or mozzarella, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup La Panza Olive Oil
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 sprigs fresh oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Crackers, bread, and accompaniments like olives, nuts, and dried fruits

Instructions:
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, thyme, oregano, chili flakes, and lemon zest. Stir gently.
  2. Place cheese cubes in a jar or serving dish, then pour the olive oil mixture over them,
  3. ensuring they’re fully coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours in the fridge.
  4. Bring to room temperature before serving with crackers or bread.
