PEANUT BUTTER STUFFED DATES WITH OLIVE OIL AND PISTACHIOS
Sweet dates filled with creamy peanut butter, drizzled with olive oil, and topped with chopped pistachios for a unique, nutty appetizer.

Ingredients:
- 12 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon La Panza Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons pistachios, chopped
- Sea salt flakes (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Cut the dates in half and remove the pits.
- Fill each date with about a teaspoon of peanut butter.
- Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the stuffed dates.
- Sprinkle with chopped pistachios for a crunchy topping.
- Optional: Add a pinch of sea salt for a savory contrast.
