Each of La Panza’s olive oil blends is carefully crafted on-site through every step of the process to create award winning products that we are proud to put our name on. Our signature olive oils blends are created using Arbequina, Abrosana, and Koroneiki olives, varieties that are native to the sunny groves of Spain and Greece. The beautiful climate in Santa Margarita allows for perfect conditions to enable these olives to grow on La Panza Ranch, bringing Californian and Mediterranean flavors together in harmony.
