OLIVE OIL & BALSAMIC VINEGAR MARINATED GRILLED PEACHES
Grilled peaches marinated in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, served with fresh ricotta and mint for a refreshing summer dessert.
Makes: 4 servings | Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons La Panza Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Fresh ricotta, for serving
- Fresh mint, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey.
- Brush the peach halves with the marinade and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill peaches for 3-4 minutes per side until caramelized.
- Serve the grilled peaches with a dollop of ricotta and garnish with fresh mint.
