OLIVE OIL & BALSAMIC VINEGAR MARINATED GRILLED PEACHES

Grilled peaches marinated in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, served with fresh ricotta and mint for a refreshing summer dessert.

Makes: 4 servings  |   Preparation Time: 10 minutes 

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons La Panza Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Fresh ricotta, for serving
  • Fresh mint, for garnish


Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey.
  2. Brush the peach halves with the marinade and let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill peaches for 3-4 minutes per side until caramelized.
  4. Serve the grilled peaches with a dollop of ricotta and garnish with fresh mint.
