GRILLED LEMON HERB CHICKEN

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, [Your Olive Oil Company Name] Extra Virgin Olive Oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over chicken. Ensure chicken is evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade.
